Dubai has been always well-known for its tourism and will be renowned forever. Dubai Frame, a real architectural marvel consists of 2 towers, 150 meters each united by a 93 meters stretched bridge at the top with a void in the center rising from Dubai’s Zabeel Park. It holds the record for the largest frame in the planet.




The frame is situated in such a way and in the precise landmark that you can view the modern part of the city from one side, and the older part from the other.

Location : Zabeel Park Jogging Track, Za'abeel, Al Kifaf, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For easy directions, you can find the Dubai Frame on Google Maps

Timings : Every day from 9 AM until 9 PM.

Entry Fee : These prices are quite reasonable if matched to other attractions around Dubai. For adults its AED 50, whereas for children its AED 30. Also it is free for senior citizens and children below the age of 3 years.




The project was conceived by Fernando Donis, who has also the architect of 2 other prominent buildings in Dubai - Dubai’s Porsche Design Towers, and the Dubai Renaissance Tower, and was nominated as the winner of a designing competition by the Dubai Government. The designer has alleged that he had his intellectual property stolen and was denied recognition for the structure.

Best Time to Visit :

In the morning and during sunset, is the best time to visit Dubai Frame. You can predict overpopulation during the weekends, but this can be avoided if you visit on weekdays, when there are fewer tourists.




The top floor of Dubai Frame also has transparent glass bottom floor, through which we can see the ground below. The glass bottom switches ON/OFF as people step on it.

Facts concerning Frame of Dubai that may surprise you :

1. The frame was constructed using 2,900 sqm of laminated glass and 2000 tons of steel.

2. It is also known as Berwaz Dubai and described as the “Biggest stolen Building of all time”.

3. The Dubai Frame Projects costed Dhs 160 million.

4. It displays 15,000 sqm of gold cladding.

5. It's a popular spot to watch fireworks displays.
